Re: Think I'm losing CousCous. She's gone.
Cous went to the bridge last night. When I went to the hutch to feed her and Oscar she was very shakey so I put her in a pet carrier on a fleece with food and water and took her in the house. When I checked on her later she was under the fleece so I sat her back on top of it and covered her with a blanket just with her little head sticking out. She passed away during the night. She looked like she had just gone to sleep, no signs of distress as such bless her. RIP CousCous.

Oh no so sorry to hear about little CousCous sleep tight little piggie How is Oscar taking it?
Re: Think I'm losing CousCous. She's gone.
He does look a bit different. I think he must be missing the company but enjoying not sharing the food. I will be re-homing him via a rescue so that he can live with other sows as I don't want anymore piggies myself. Oscar's 3 laydees were older than him so he still has quite a bit of time left. I got him in 2007 he was fully grown but I suspect only young. Cous Cous also arrived in 2007 (Jan) but she was older. I suspect she might have been around 7yrs.
