This thread is for people to sell items (books, clothes, toys, ornaments, CDs etc) for the funds to go direct to Pledge a Pound. (P&P can be deducted)

This is an ongoing fund raiser, although if the thread gets too long we'll start a new one

So, if you have anything you no longer use and wish to sell for Pledge a Pound, please list it here! Craft items can still go on the craftathon threads.

Please state what condition the item is in, sizes, colour, any other necessary details, how much it is being sold for, and how much P&P will be.

I have some paperback books, all in good condition. They are £1.50 each which will go directly to PAP, I will calculate postage for whichever books people want.

I have some books to sell, but not having sold anything for PAP before can you just tell me how the payments and P&P work? Do people pay by Paypal to PAP? how do I get the money for the P&P if this is the case as unfortunately I can't afford to pay for the postage, although I will obviously give all the proceeds from the sale of books to PAP.

The money can either all go direct to PaP (pledgeapound@hotmail.co.uk), with the postage then forwarded to you, or you can ask the seller to send the P&P direct to you, and the money for what you sell direct to PaP

The postage cost is for 2nd class (to keep cost down) and book will be sent in a jiffy bag. If anyone wants 2 or more books I will weigh them again to get a revised postage cost, not sure if it would be slightly cheaper sending 2 together?
